Delivery Times
Once your order is processed and verified, you will receive an email with your order number for easy tracking and future inquiries.
- Order Processing: Orders placed before 2pm on weekdays are shipped the same day. Orders placed after 2pm are shipped the following day. No shipping or processing occurs on weekends and public holidays.
- Delivery Schedule: Typically, packages arrive within 1-2 days after being sent.
- Delays: During peak times, orders may be delayed. Significant delays will be communicated directly. We aim to track and resolve any shipping issues quickly with our service provider, but some delays are beyond our control.
Pickup Orders
For customers choosing pickup orders, please wait for our notification. Once your order is ready, we will contact you by phone. Please come to the store only after you have received this notification.
Returns (Change of Mind):
- Within 7 days of purchase: Full credit if unused and in resalable condition (original packaging intact, no damage/missing parts).
- 7 days to 6 weeks: 80% credit (unused, resalable condition)
- 6 weeks to 3 months: 50% credit (unused, resalable condition)
- After 3 months: No credit.
Faulty Products:
- Report within 7 days of delivery for full credit. Follow brand-specific return procedures.
Conditions:
- All returns require approval. Contact us first for a Return Authorization.
- All items undergo testing/verification before credit is issued.
- Items must be undamaged, complete, and resalable. Opened packaging is allowed if the product is unused.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are your responsibility.
